7 years agoThe food was good, but our waitress left much to be desired. Hopefully she was inexperienced. I'm not sure what else would explain it. About 35 minutes after sitting down, we were still waiting on our meals. When soups were brought only 1 of 2 were brought. Then when the hostess/manager brought the missing soup it was the wrong one. When the food arrived, only 3 of 4 meals arrived and 1 of 4 had already started to get cold. The other showed up a few minutes later. I hear service is not usually this bad, but another experience like this would make me stop going there.

7 years agoWOW. I stopped in for to go food today, I've passed by a 1000 times. what a great atmosphere, STAFF and FOOD. If you want fresh food, great portions, great staff, great price and a cool atmosphere this is the place to go. I was informed 3 times on the process of my order. Blown away, I didn't know these type resturaunts with great food and great customer service existed anymore. customer for life. Thank you!!

7 years agoFantastic service everytime we've been here. This place is warm and friendly. The food is fresh hot and reminds me of a home cooked meal by my grandma. I often come here with my husband but would bring friends... kids... or even a group. Plenty of parking and safe and secure lot. The bathroom i use often and always in pristine clean shape with plenty of warm water and soap . Really love coming here you've done an outstanding job on the regular. Look forward to dining there soon.

7 years agoWe used to dine here quite a bit when it was country inn. We always got a good meal and good service. We finally decided to give Country Cabin a try & we're happy we did. Our server was attentive & met our requests cheerfully. The food was good & arrived in a timely manner. We'll be back again!

7 years agoEvery dish was just as it was supposed to be and tasted great. My family and I stop by one day enjoyed it so much we brought a whole wedding party back a couple days later. They handled us like Pros food was timely warm definitely five stars Plus in case the owners are reading this remember the little redheaded girl that was our granddaughter.

7 years agoI wish I could give more than 5 stars...this was truly a gem for us to find! We travel all over and eat in many different restaurants. And to date this place has been the best! The food was fresh, hot, and came out in a timely manner. We sat in three different places and had three different waitresses...service was exactly the same with all three! May 8, 9, and 10 came in around 9:00 am, ordered breakfast and never spent over $20, which is hard to do while on the road for business. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! We will be eating here again when we get back to Sterling Heights.

8 years ago10-14-17 our 1st visit & won't be our last thanks to exceptionally prepared & seasoned meals presented at a very reason price, friendly & not intrusive staff esp. Lana our waitress. Non-descrip appearance from the street but the interior possesses a cozy (with REAL solid Logs) and rustic decor...fireplace included design. We became aware of the restaurant some months ago from a news story about a 15 yr. old boy who came to apply for a job there & while eating with his dad ..suddenly developed some kind of a heart problem...a nurse who was eating there came to his rescue & SAVED his life...the mgr. hired him & he's expected to start sometime soon. This restaurant is exceptional on many levels and you won't be disappointed.
